Intermediate 3-class Series
Recommended for students with 3-6 months yoga experience who would like to learn how to bring meditative breathwork into their practice.

At One World, we focus on more than just external movements. We focus on internal life energy (Qi) and how it's nourished by the breath. When attending an introductory class series, you'll learn basic SunDo breathwork, the six principles for better breathing and more about our one-on-one breathwork coaching.
Through SunDo practice, we educate students on how to deepen the breath while holding various postures to help improve energy levels and overall well-being.
Thursday night beginner series starts on the date specified above. All other class registrations will be confirmed via email within 2-3 business days.
When you arrive, enter through the side door and please wear loose comfy clothing. Shoes can be removed before entering the practice space. Directions >>

Practice makes perfect when it comes to learning Astrology! This group is for beginner level students. We will be using online resources to complete a course in basic astrology covering planets, symbols, signs, houses, aspects and how each planet operates within a natal chart.
Eventually, as the group gains more experience, you will be able to interpret your own chart and the charts of others for comparison. Ongoing sessions may include advanced video tutorials and expert speakers.
