Three-class Series ~ $35.00 Beginners welcome! At One World, we focus on more than just external movements. We focus on internal life energy (Qi) and how it's nourished by the breath. When attending an introductory class series, you'll learn basic SunDo breathwork, the six principles for better breathing and more about our one-on-one breathwork coaching. Through SunDo practice, we educate students on how to deepen the breath while holding various postures to help you improve your energy level and overall well-being. |
