Monday June 14
Starting with the 12 signs and 10 planets, we will focus on understanding the basics. What is the nature of each sign and planet? How do they relate to each other? Emphasis is on learning the symbols so that we can read a chart, and talking about the four elements and the three energies of the zodiac. What’s the best way to understand and use those energies?
We also cover the basics of a natal chart – the architecture of an astral blueprint. What does the rising sign mean? What are the 12 houses?
We are covering a lot, and there will be handouts. Participants will be given instructions on how to download their own chart for next class.
Monday June 21
Interpreting your natal chart. Based on looking at the chart you have (hopefully) printed out, you will get an understanding of how the planets and signs operate in the 12 houses of the astrological wheel.
We will focus on the way that the individual chart affects events and trends in our lives. We will also look at ways that we can avoid problems and enhance our strengths through our natal tendencies.
Individual questions will be answered for each person’s chart (time permitting).
Monday June 28
Now that you have gained an understanding of your own chart, we can begin to learn how to work with and deal with people of different signs. In addition, learn how to compare two charts in a relationship to check for compatibility.
How do transiting planets affect us and what can we look forward to in the coming months? We will look at the ephemeris and how to read the transits.
Emphasis will be on the year 2021 going into 2022 and the general trends, and then specific effects upon your own charts.
