Reiki self-healing is a method of positioning the hands in certain areas of the body to move energy and dissolve stagnation or blockages. We will try 6-10 basic hand positions for Reiki self-healing while holding simple postures and deepening the breath. You will also learn how to visualize healing energy as you breathe. Each posture is held for 1-2 minutes or whatever feels best for you.
This class is by donation only. Please wear loose comfy clothing.
