SunDo practice has three parts:
• Postures for enhancing the health of the body
• Meditation for calming and focusing the mind
• Breathwork for better physical, mental, and emotional health
Within the SunDo Program, the breath is used as a way to aquire Qi, or vital life energy. It becomes slower, deeper and more refined with each subsequent practice level, and the self-knowledge we acquire from each session then filters into all aspects of wellbeing.
