The benefits of Taoist practices in Asian cultures for mental and physical healing are well-documented. For thousands of years, these practices have helped people bring happiness and well-being into their lives. A Taoist Healing Arts Experience is designed to give you a taste of these arts and the principles behind the practices.

Anyone can benefit; no experience is required to participate in one or all three sessions with these extraordinary healing practices. All sessions are by-donation as part of a benefit for the SunDo Retreat Center new building project. Located in Vermont, the Retreat Center offer programs in holistic health, breath meditation and forest therapy.  Learn more about the Taoist healing art of SunDo >>
