Yoga Teachers

As a senior instructor of SunDo International, Christine Ucich offers a healing practice through Taoist yoga and breath meditation. She enjoys creating yin-style classes that work for everyone regardless of age, experience or physical challenge. Her teaching emphasizes intentional breathwork as a natural way to counter stress.

Continuing her yogic studies with YogaSpirit Studios and after completing a Yoga Therapy Certification with Yoga Alliance in 2017, Kellie Jean Codianna is honored to guide each person that chooses to step on the mat with her. Combining strength, flexibility and breath, she brings attention to proper alignment in all poses.
