Light stretches followed by guided meditation
in gentle postures. Movements modified to suit
individual needs. Emphasis on building energy to
​maintain health or promote healing.

Warm-up sequence followed by Taoist postures,
meditation, stretches and exercises.
  Students work
​on improving postures and focused breathing.

Good physical fitness level is required.
