Through our educational programs, One World Wellness offers you ways of achieving wellness where you feel centered, grounded and peaceful in your body and mind. We lead classes in SunDo, a Taoist yoga & meditation practice from Korea, which harmonizes your breathing so it becomes deeper, fuller and smoother. For more about this practice, visit SunDo Practice.
SunDo basic levels each have their own: posture set, breathing style and meditation techniques. Our educational programs teach the fundamentals of practice with instructor training offered at intermediate levels of study. |
