Slow Flow Yoga & Rhythmic Breath We begin with a 1 hour 15 minute class with stretching and strengthening for the whole body. Postures blended with deep breathing restore range of motion, unlock tight joints, rejuvenate energy and increase circulation. All movements can be modified and are suited to any ability or fitness level. Connect to Compassion: Mindful Coloring of Green Tara Discover the background of Green Tara, the Tibetan goddess of compassion. Listening to uplifting music that honors Tara, experience a mindful coloring session of images related to the goddess or her mandala. Coloring will be followed by a guided meditation on self-compassion. |
Qi Gong: A Breathful, Moving Meditation Working with the body's natural healing energy (Qi), explore how breath animates our movement and increases energy flow along the meridians energy channels. Sequences include movement for the health of the internal organs and for empowering your overall energy system. Labyrinth: Journey to the Self The labyrinth can be a place to open up creatively and activate the imagination. In this workshop, walk the EarthenStone Labyrinth to deepen your sense of self, The walk is followed by two self-paced options: Choose Forest Bathing to explore your connection to nature or Writing from the Heart to explore your emotional state. |

our hostess, christine, was a wonderful leader. She is very warm, welcoming and down to earth. I work a lot, and it was so nice to have an "all for me" peaceful,
serene day. I loved SELF-CARE Day. ~ Cindy Rinker
