 Directions

  • From I-91 N or S, take exit 8 to Rt. 80 East. Turn right at the CVS onto Mill St, at the light turn right onto North High Street. 

  • From I-95 N, take exit 51. Turn right onto Forbes Pl, then an immediate left onto Kimberly Ave, then left onto North High.
     
  • From I-95 S, take exit 52. Turn right at end of exit onto North High.
Info for New Students

  • No experience is required for basic level classes. For intermediate or advanced classes, six months of previous experience is recommended.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early to classes or workshops ​so that you have time to settle in and relax before practice starts.
  • Please DO NOT bring mats. Practiced is done on a carpeted floor. Blankets and cushions are provided. 
  • Shoes are not worn in the practice space (socks are fine).
  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Remove any metal jewelry or watches.
  • Switch off your cell phone or other electronic devices.
  • Be sure to tell your instructor about any physical limitations, injuries or medical conditions before class.
