Fall Labyrinth Walk
On September 27, our doors are open to beginners once again! Join us for an introductory class, a meditative walk in EarthenStone Labyrinth and a green tea tasting.
During class, we'll discuss ways to cope with Covid-19 especially using mind-body practices as well as some important new procedures for our students including: entrance and exit procedures to help maintain social distance, getting your temperature checked and using hand sanitizer before entering the studio.
We understand that not everyone is ready or able to join us in studio just yet, but we definitely understand.

Asian mind-body practices help reduce stress and strengthen the immune system, two of the best ways to stay healthy in the face of Covid-19. Learn more about SunDo, a Korean yoga and breath meditation discipline that deepens lung capacity and increases oxygen intake. During a worldwide pandemic, there is no better time to begin improving your respiratory health! Distanced floor seating markers will be used.

Try two green teas flavored with aromatic spices or mint. Green tea is a great way to boost the immune system and improve cardiovascular health. Enjoy your tea at a safe distance or take it to go.

Existing for more than 4,000 years, labyrinths are mythological designs used for sacred rituals, symbolic pilgrimages, and spiritual practice. In a hyperactive world of constant connectivity, labyrinths are in resurgence as more people seek out special spaces that promote insight and inner wisdom. In its simplest form, the labyrinth is a meditative walking path which can be used as an alternative to sitting meditation. A labyrinth walk allows time for individual reflection and a way to transform one's personal energy toward the greater good of all who walk it.

One World's EarthenStone Labyrinth has a final endpoint at a fire circle reached by a single path. As you travel that path, you can reflect during meditative walking, bring peace to your mind and reconnect with your spiritual center.
Built inside an old barn foundation, Earthenstone makes use of a historic space in East Haven CT. The labyrinth and firepit area measures 25 x 60 feet with either private landscaped gardens or forest views on each side.
