Aleenah began dancing and studying music at the age of three. She attended Ballet School and graduated from Music School in Odessa, Ukraine. Aleenah’s dance background also includes Latin and Argentine tango. After moving to the United States Aleenah received her BS in studio art and focused on studying Middle Eastern dance. As a bellydance instructor and performer, Aleenah offers a unique perspective, drawing upon a wide range of bellydance styles: Turkish, Gypsy, Greek, Egyptian, American Cabaret, and Tribal. Aleenah’s musical training, extensive music library and familiarity with diverse cultures contribute to her versatility.
