SunDo is a self-healing art from Korea. It's basic levels are sometimes used to prepare one for entry into the SunDo martial arts. At One World Wellness, we offer a full program of classes in SunDo healing arts and an introductory class series in the SunDo martial arts. Everyone is welcome – beginners to advanced! In this introductory class series, you’ll learn basic stances for strength and stability in the legs, movement sequences that use hand and finger strikes, the SunDo basic form known as Hwa Joong Bup, and breath meditation methods to build power and stamina. |

A foundational class series which includes basic instruction in SunDo postures to stretch and relax the body, meditation techniques to quiet the mind, and breathing patterns to increase oxygen and vital energy. |

Wind down the work week with gentle SunDo postures, soft music and plenty of deep breaths. This class features longer-held stretches, slow transitions and ends with a guided meditation for total body relaxation. |
