On Sunday, May 6, enjoy this 3.5 hour workshop of gentle, restorative yoga practice with self-care options including healthy smoothies or detox teas along with a special focus uniquely chosen each month.
The day may also feature hands-on healing provided by a rotating team of bodyworkers providing energy healing, massage or cranial sacral work. In addition, we offer guided meditation or meditation instruction with deep trigger point release techniques (with acupoint rollers and other props) to allow you to release, melt, and feel great. Guests may also have a choice of free time activities such as mandala coloring, journaling or self-care mapping.
Each workshop incorporates themes based on research in positive psychology, so you can leave with intentions to live life to the fullest!
