Meditation practice at One World Wellness includes sitting, walking meditation, then some more sitting meditation followed by light stretching. On Mondays, breath meditation instruction is provided during the first 10 minutes of class so please be prompt or arrive earlier. Beginners are welcome! Donations only but please register in advance. Monday Meditations meet twice a month. Each class includes tea and a different discussion topic each week.
