Through our educational programs, One World Wellness offers you ways to feel centered, grounded and peaceful in your body and mind. We lead classes and workshops in SunDo, a Taoist yoga & meditation practice from Korea, which harmonizes your breathing so it becomes deeper, fuller and smoother. For more info about this type of breathwork, please visit SunDo Practice.
SunDo beginner levels each have their own: posture set, breathing style and meditation techniques. Our educational programs teach the fundamentals of practice with instructor training offered at intermediate levels of study. |
