SUNDO on the SEAWALL
TUESDAY, AUGUST 14 & 21 | 6:30-8:00 PM
New Haven, Pardee Seawall Park
Enjoy watching the evening sunset across New Haven harbor while learning the postures, breathwork and meditation style of SunDo, one of the most ancient practices of Taoism. One World Wellness instructor Christine Ucich leads a beginner SunDo class at the Seawall in Morris Cove. Bring a mat, blanket or large towel.
Christine is joined by special guests, Taoist Master Hyunmoon Kim and Teacher Bill Bannick. Learn from both of these Taoist lineage-holders as they impart knowledge of SunDo and Taijiguan to people of all experience levels.
Classes are by-donation. Please pre-register for directions and notices about inclement weather plans.
Pardee Seawall Park located in New Haven's Morris Cove neighborhood.
